Andrew Dunlop, Baron Dunlop

Andrew James Dunlop, Baron Dunlop (born 21 June 1959) is a British politician, who since 2015 serves as Under-Secretary of State for Scotland.
Lord Dunlop sits on the Conservative benches in the House of Lords as a Minister for Scotland in HM Government.
==Education==
Dunlop was born at Helensburgh in Dunbartonshire and went to school in Glasgow.〔(House of Lords Hansard of 1 June 2015: Column 163 )〕
He then read Politics and Economics at Edinburgh University under the tutorship of Professor John Mackintosh, formerly Labour MP for Berwick and East Lothian,〔(www.scotsman.com )〕 graduating with an MA degree.
